DIVISION

Here are two helpful videos reviewing the traditional "bring down" method for long division and the highly efficient, but less well known, partial quotients method.

The first is a silly video and mnemonic device to help remember the steps of the traditional "bring down" method:
"Daddy, Mommy, Sister, Brother"


The second shows the thinking and steps behind the partial quotients technique:
